A message for Mortgage Brokers

Since we are able to make loans that other financial institutions cannot, we are often contacted by Mortgage Brokers. At B2 Business Finance, we welcome and appreciate referrals from Brokers. However, please be aware of a few guidelines for our relationship:

• If you refer a borrower to us, we expect that you have direct contact and a relationship with the borrower. Working with multiple brokers is not in the best interest of anyone – especially the borrower.
   
• We will work with both you and the borrower directly. We have the experience and expertise in this market. If not, you wouldn’t need us. 
   
• We will not take advantage of a borrower by charging excessive fees. Our rates are fair and reasonable based on a competitive market and will be disclosed to the borrower prior to loan closing.

Submission requirements generally include:

• Summary of loan request
• Loan application
• Tri-merge Credit Report
• Pictures and/or appraisal
• Two years business tax returns
• Two years financial statements
